CNC Routing & Laser Cutting for North Las Vegas

North Las Vegas is the valley’s industrial side — warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturers, fabrication shops and the speedway — and much of what it needs is flat parts cut to a drawing. Fiber laser cutting handles the metal: brackets, plates, gussets and guards. CNC routing handles the rest: HDPE wear parts, ABS covers, plywood fixtures and signs.

North Las Vegas is in the local delivery zone (Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas and Boulder City), and delivery is $45 flat, free on orders of $500 or more. For sites farther out, such as parts of the Apex Industrial Park, enter the site’s ZIP in the quote — it shows right away whether local delivery applies; if it doesn’t, the order is priced for pickup.

Parts for warehouses, plants and shops

Machine guards and covers, mounting plates, sensor and conveyor brackets, rack and shelf parts, tool boards and shadow boards — the parts maintenance and facilities teams often make by hand can be drawn once and cut from the file. HDPE and ABS make tough guards, wear strips and covers; mild steel and aluminum make brackets and plates. Machined replacements — shafts, pins and bushings turned on a lathe, blocks and housings milled — are quoted on request: see CNC lathe turning and CNC milling.

Jigs and fixtures for production

Assembly jigs, drill guides, inspection fixtures and nesting trays repeat exactly when they’re CNC cut, and a worn fixture can be reordered from the same file. Baltic birch is the quick, stable choice for fixtures; HDPE suits parts that slide or get washed down. Fixtures with curved, three-dimensional nests can be FDM 3D printed, with an instant online quote.

Motorsports and fabrication

Race teams and fabricators around the Las Vegas Motor Speedway build with brackets, tabs, gussets and mounting plates. The laser cuts them from your drawing in mild steel, aluminum or galvanized steel, with holes cut to size; parts ship flat, and bending, welding and finishing stay in your shop. Tube work is quoted on request: copes and slots with tube laser cutting, and bent cage and bar tube with CNC tube bending. Skid and bumper plate can go to CNC plasma instead, with an instant quote like the laser’s.

North Las Vegas FAQs

Do you deliver to North Las Vegas industrial parks?

North Las Vegas is in the local delivery zone. For an industrial site farther out, enter its ZIP in the quote — a site outside the delivery zone is priced for pickup or arranged freight.

Can you cut machine guards and covers?

Yes. Flat guards and covers are routed from HDPE or ABS, or laser cut from steel, stainless or aluminum. Send a drawing with the mounting holes; any bending or welding happens after cutting, in your shop.

Can I reorder the same parts later?

Yes. Your account keeps past orders, and reordering duplicates the parts at current prices — handy for fixtures and wear parts that need replacing. The pricing page shows how ordering a bracket by the hundred changes its price.

Do you laser cut parts for race cars?

The laser cuts the flat parts — brackets, tabs, gussets and plates in steel, aluminum or stainless. Design for your own welding and finishing, and have safety-critical parts checked by whoever certifies the car.

Do you cut hardened tool-steel parts?

Yes, quoted on request: wire EDM cuts punches, die sections and fine profiles in hardened tool steel and carbide, and the CNC machining overview compares it with milling and turning. Send a drawing with the grade, hardness and quantity.
