Picking up your order

Your order page shows when parts are ready, and the shop emails you when they’re finished. Schedule a pickup time, bring your order number, and use the directions link on this page to find the unit.

Bring a vehicle sized for your parts. Small brackets and signs fit in a car; full-size sheets and long parts need a truck, van or trailer, plus blankets or cardboard to protect finished faces. If the largest part won’t fit what you’re driving, choose local delivery instead.

Dropping off your own sheets

Routing customers can supply their own material: choose customer-supplied sheets in the quote, which lists the sheet sizes to bring and charges a handling fee instead of a material charge. Bring the sheets by appointment after you pay — flat, dry and full size — and your lead time starts when they arrive.

Delivery around Las Vegas

Local delivery covers Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas and Boulder City — downtown, the Strip, Summerlin and the rest of the valley, but not outlying areas such as Mount Charleston. Delivery is $45 flat, free on orders of $500 or more, and your quote checks the ZIP before you pay. Heavy plate or full-size sheets that need a lift gate or extra hands are arranged with you before delivery.

Convention and venue deliveries

Las Vegas convention venues usually receive exhibit freight through each show’s general service contractor — at an advance warehouse before move-in, or at the show site during a set window — and the contractor may charge for material handling. Your exhibitor kit has the addresses, labels and deadlines.

Local delivery drops parts at an address in the valley, such as your shop, a warehouse or the contractor’s advance warehouse. Delivery to a show-site dock is confirmed per job: add the venue, booth number, show dates and receiving instructions to your order notes, and the shop confirms what’s possible before your parts go out.

Panels for crates and shipping bases for show freight are usually cut from ACX plywood and ordered online with the rest of the parts.

Exhibit pieces that aren’t flat come two ways: sculpted shapes with CNC foam carving, quoted on request, and detailed props and logos with large-format 3D printing, which quotes instantly online. Booth graphics are vinyl printing work and curved display rails are CNC tube bending work, both quoted on request as well.
